Intergroup News
Faithful Fiver contributions on-line: A Faithful Fiver is an A.A. member who pledges at least $5 per month annually to support Central Office. Recurring contributions in any amount can now be initiated on-line at www.aasf.org/contributions.
New Bookstore Hours Starting in March: Rarely have we seen a customer on Mondays between 6PM and 7PM! Therefore, starting March 3, in lieu of staying open until 7PM on Monday nights, the Central Office bookstore will be open on Saturday from 10AM-2PM. This will be a trial period lasting through May, and will be extended indefinitely if successful. Please help spread the word. We will remain open on Monday evenings until 7PM through the end of February.
Alcoholics Come in all Flavors: Are you fluent in a foreign language or ASL? Central Office frequently gets calls from non-English speakers who have problems with alcohol, as well as from their families and friends. We often have no way of offering assistance. If you speak another language (there are already resources for Spanish speakers) and are willing to reach out to some of these folks as needed, please let us know by emailing us at aa@aasf.org.
The Access Committee Needs Your Help: The Access Committee of the Intercounty Fellowship seeks input from people who find traditionally structured meetings and literature difficult to access. What barriers do you experience that we can work to remove? Please e-mail us with your thoughts and suggestions at access@aasf.org.
New San Francisco Meeting Schedules are now available: updated and hot
off the press. Remember, our website is always the most frequently
updated source for meeting changes in San Francisco and Marin.
Thanks to Everyone who participated in the 65th Central Office Anniversary Celebration! It was a resounding success. Special thanks to our panel of old-timers, who were, as always, amazing!
